1. Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes, this program is designed with beginners in mind.
All workouts come with clear demos and guidance, and you can choose the level of support that feels right for you. If you’re brand new, you can start Self-Directed and upgrade later, or choose Guided or Coached for more feedback and accountability.


2. What’s the difference between Self-Directed, Guided, and Coached?

Self-Directed: You follow the workouts independently using the app. Best if you just want structure and flexibility.
Guided: You get everything in Self-Directed plus weekly form feedback via video and voice note, so you’re progressing safely and confidently.
Coached: This includes closer support, personalised guidance, and more direct communication to help you stay consistent and accountable.

👉 You’re free to upgrade or downgrade based on your needs.


3. How much time do I need each week?

Most members train 3–4 times per week, with workouts ranging from 20–45 minutes.
The program is designed to fit real life: busy schedules, work, family, and all. You don’t need to be perfect; you just need to be consistent.


4. Do I need gym equipment or can I train at home?

You can train at home or in the gym.
Workouts are designed to be flexible, and alternatives are provided where possible. If you’re unsure about equipment or substitutions, Guided and Coached members can ask for clarification and feedback.


5. Is this a one-time payment or a monthly subscription?

Short answer: monthly subscription.
Longer answer: because we’d rather you spend your energy training and taking care of yourself, not worrying about re-paying or re-signing up every month 😌

Once you’re in:
‣ You’re billed monthly
‣ Your access continues automatically
‣ You stay in the program across cycles as long as your subscription is active


6. Can I cancel anytime?

We hope you don't but if you have to.. the answer is yes, 100%.

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date:
‣ Cancel before the billing date → no charge for the next month
‣ Already billed → you’ll still have access until the end of that month
‣ No contracts. No cancellation fees.
